Professor, Department of Education of Puerto Rico since 2002. She has a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education in Biology and General Science . Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico . She served as a Specialist in Chemical Operations United States Army and completed a Doctoral degree in General Medicine at the Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic.
